i'm 5' 4" and 14 years old. i weigh about 133, and that's barely below the 'Overweight' bmi.(body mass index). i wanna at least lose 8 pounds. i already eat fairly healthy, i drink lots of water. i also jog on my treadmill & do ab exercise 3+ times a week. and i wanna get fit over the summer. so, i really need GOOD REAL ADVICE, that will work. not "oh, don't eat chips" obviously. hah. anyways, please please please help <3 thanks!
